I have been coached by Jordan for 6 months now and have made tremendous gains in strength and stability, as well as losing a few inches off my waistline. His approach is one that encompasses all aspects of fitness and nutrition to produce a scientifically sound plan that gets results. He is a very knowledgeable trainer who actually practices what he preaches. I look and feel better than I have in 10 years.

Jordan has been instrumental in pushing me towards reaching my fitness and health goals. He took the time to understand my individual needs and helps drive me towards those goals. He has been positive and motivating from both a health and personal perspective and I truly enjoy working with him. There is no other coach with which I would rather work.

How would I describe my experience training with Jordan? He encourages you to finish your set, but if you don't it's no big deal as long as you are ok with him calling you out for it! With all jokes aside training with Jordan is pretty intense. He allows you to train at your own pace but periodically forces you to show your actual strength by pushing you past your limits.
